• Hobnob offers you a range of different entertainment and social services that enable you of engaging interactively in groups and rooms made for real group conversations that are characterized by a completely unique style from other traditional chat rooms. Hobnob mainly relies on a variety of tools, resources, and unique ideas that take your experience with us to more realistic horizons.
• Through Hobnob, we open the door for you to be able to be present both physically and virtually at the same time by customizing specific and real spatial ranges as well as interacting with the users who are within these ranges and share the same interests with you, ensuring a high degree of meaningful communication and real, serious and reliable interaction.
• The application also gives you the freedom to choose between several groups and rooms that have been categorized into a variety of categories so that they meet the expectations of all users with different interests and aspirations.



Agreement:

• By your use of the application and our services, you have seen, read, and fully and unconditionally agreed to all the terms, conditions and instructions contained herein. Your agreement includes all related supplementary terms, conditions, and instructions, even if stated elsewhere.
• The following terms and conditions are the laws governing and regulating your use and access to the services provided by us, whether obtained directly through the application or through any other channels associated with it, in the sense that these laws or conditions govern all services provided by us, whether directly or indirectly related to the application. Moreover, your use of any of the services we generally provide is definitely subject to these terms, conditions, articles, laws and other supplementary instructions, whether stated in this document or related thereto
• We have the absolute right to amend, delete, or add any of the terms, conditions, laws, or instructions contained herein as well as any related or associated rules anytime without giving reasons. Such amendments shall be in full force and effect against you immediately once they are announced through in-app notifications or by any other means at our discretion.
• If you do not agree to an amendment, deletion, or addition to the terms, conditions, laws of use, or related rules, and you continue to receive our services, this does not mean that they are not applicable against you; it rather means that by your continued use of the application and benefitting from our services, you acknowledge being aware of that amendment, deletion, or addition and explicitly agree starting from the moment of the action and upon its announcement.
• Your acceptance of these terms amounts to an unconditional consent to all the instructions, directives, terms, and conditions contained in this document, supplementing, or relating thereto.



Copyrights:

• Hobnob's application, name, trademark, content, and published material are fully owned by us, including but not limited to images, sounds, programs, designs, logos, texts, and content in general. It is strictly forbidden to exploit, take advantage of, use, or publish any of these rights mentioned for example in any way, except with our prior written permission specifying the limits and scope of your action. If you violate this, you shall be subject to legal liability, and we shall be entitled to claim compensation from you. Furthermore, we reserve the right to take legal procedures established in accordance with the applicable laws in the State of Kuwait against you.



Personal Responsibility:

• Hobnob is an application that is designed for social networking through a number of rooms that aim to make communication more realistic, reliable, and secure for its users, therefore:
• As a user of Hobnob and a beneficiary of the many services we provide, once you agree to these terms and related rules, you represent and warrant your personal and direct responsibility for all acts, statements and behaviors attributed to you or made by you, whether done within the application or in association with it by any means, and your full, unconditional obligation to abide by all legal laws and provisions applicable in the State of Kuwait, as well as all laws applicable in your country. In addition, you warrant not to offend, insult, slander, defame, abuse or ridicule in any way and by any means any of the application users, or others in general, as well as not to cause or incite an insult or offense to religions, holy books, religious or political figures and symbols, peoples, races, or political ideologies.
• All application users are obliged to provide us with the accurate and truthful information required when wishing to sign-up for the application membership. It is strictly prohibited to provide false or fictitious information or to impersonate any person, whether natural or legal.
• As a user of Hobnob, you shall comply with the public morals recognized in accordance with the laws and customs of the State of Kuwait. You are not allowed to publish, post, or download any content that is indecent or contains sexual material, seduction, any violation or breach of the regulations and public morals or the governing and applicable laws of Kuwait.
• Once you agree to these terms, you warrant not to add, share, or publish any electronic product without mentioning its source or one that has copyrights, or intellectual rights.
• In the event of a violation of our instructions or policies, we reserve our absolute right to permanently delete your membership without a notice or warning, and to take all applicable legal action against you, not to mention your legal responsibility towards the holders of those rights.
• You are solely responsible for providing any personal data about you, your family, your financial information, or bank statements in the application for the purpose of obtaining its own services or other advertised services on it.



Disclaimer:

• Everything that is published, circulated, or provided in Hobnob by its members, users, or visitors falls within the sole legal responsibility of its publisher, as the opinions circulated or the content present in the application only reflect the opinion and point of view of its owner, and do not necessarily reflect our opinion or point of view.
• We are not responsible in any way or by any means for any damage or risk that you may be exposed to by other users or any third parties. In the event of a complaint from another user, you can report him to the application administrators. Within a reasonable period of time, we shall evaluate the report, make sure that it is serious, and take action accordingly within the limits of the application and our capabilities.
• You may not ask us for any data or information specific to any of the other users of the application or in connection with the content posted on it, even if it is related to you personally, except when permitted or authorized by the competent government authorities. Please note that all data and information on the application are not preserved for a long time and are permanently lost immediately and directly once deleted in order to maintain your privacy and the privacy of the other members and users and to comply with their wishes – this entails no responsibility on our part.
• Once you agree to these terms, you completely disclaim our liability for any risks or damages that may be caused to you due to or in connection with your use of the application. You alone — and all other users — are legally liable before each other and before others, and none of you have the right to involve Hobnob in any judicial dispute or lawsuit in any way under any circumstance.
• The application or its managers are neither directly nor indirectly responsible for any damage that may occur to you, your electronic device, or the electronic network you use as a result of the use of the application or any of its contents; your own personal security and the security of your electronic device are your sole responsibility.
• Hobnob is keen on ensuring maximum security for its users and members, but you understand that there is no security tool at 100 per cent, thus, Hobnob does not provide any guarantees to the safety of its services from loopholes, software defects or other errors that may arise, or may cause damage to you or your property due to the use of the application.
• We may use artificial intelligence tools in order to help identify and detect unwanted content, and we may use qualified staff of supervisors to oversee the application and ensure compliance with the stated policies, laws and instructions, however, all these methods and techniques may not be sufficient to detect some violations or breaches of the application policies, and so Hobnob relies on the positive action and awareness of its users to promptly communicate with us and inform us of any violation of these terms or the governing laws in the State of Kuwait.

Some untrusted external links may be available on the application, which may point at sites that are not within our control, subsequently, you alone shall take full responsibility in case you visit, access, or view the content of these sites. Furthermore, you bear the responsibility for any direct or indirect damage that may occur to you, your electronic devices, or the confidentiality of your data in that case – Hobnob shall bear no responsibility whatsoever.




Permissions:

• We have the right to manage and update the services provided by us in accordance with a vision that is at our absolute discretion, and thus, we have the right to update, terminate, modify, or disable our services in part or in full, even without prior notice or warning to any party.
• We have the right to terminate a member's account at his request after the required procedures have been completed, and all his data is erased automatically once the relevant procedures have been completed.
• We have the right to suspend your membership temporarily or permanently or deny you access temporarily or permanently to our services as we see it without a prior notice or warning in case of a violation of the terms or conditions contained in this document and related rules thereto.
• We have the right to impose sanctions such as banning, deleting, or restricting access to chat rooms that are proven to have committed serious or repeated violations of the application policies and terms of use or legal violations of the governing and applicable laws in the State of Kuwait.
• These terms and conditions have been drafted in both Arabic and English. In case of a conflict or inconsistency between the Arabic and English versions, the terms and conditions stipulated in the Arabic version shall prevail.
